Qualifications

• Provide stellar customer service across all customers and inquiries.
• Must communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Must be able to operate POS, calculator, phone system, and computer proficiently.
• Stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and answer questions.
• Abide by federal, state, and local regulations for money services and firearm sales.
• Grow store performance by meeting company goals.
• Qualify customers and assess pawn/buy needs; inspect items for condition.
• Explain pawn loan terms and negotiate loan amounts.
• Process pawn/buy transactions and collect required documentation.
• Perform background checks as required (NICS).
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising; price and tag inventory.
• Conduct daily inventory and uphold security protocols.
