Qualifications

• Ability to provide stellar customer service in a retail pawn/buy environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems, calculators, phones and computer tasks.
• Strong English communication for customer interactions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide stellar customer service—greet and assist customers and answer questions.
• Abide by all federal, state, and local regulations concerning money services and firearm sales to maintain compliant operations.
• Grow store by achieving company and personal goals.
• Execute pawn/buy transactions, qualify customers, negotiate terms, and obtain required documentation.
• Perform daily pawn/loan activities and payments; conduct background checks per regulations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, price and tag inventory, and secure company assets.
