You will partner with store leaders to reinforce PSP standards, cover management duties up to four times a week, and help with recruiting, onboarding, and team development while ensuring cleanliness, safety, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide neighborly service and lead the store team on daily routines.
• Support leaders by reinforcing PSP standards and operations.
• Assist customers in selecting pet products and solutions.
