Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to operate forklift and perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedules, reliable transportation, and willingness to pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist neighbors in selecting products and answer questions.
• Greet regular customers and help them.
• Test water in fish tanks for customers.
• Lead by example delivering neighborly service.
• Reinforce daily store procedures and performance expectations.
• Support store team leaders with daily operations.
• Participate in store recruiting, onboarding and training.
• Communicate opportunities to improve store performance.
• Act as manager-on-duty when needed.
• Willingness to perform nail trims on pets.
