CRH Mountain Companies in Kentucky is seeking an Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead crews on highways, parking lots, municipal streets and airport surfaces. You will supervise 7-14 paving professionals, ensuring safety, quality, and productive performance on each job.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of asphalt paving experience.
• Foreman, lead, or crew supervision experience preferred.
• Commercial/private paving and MOT experience.
• Strong knowledge of paving operations and jobsite logistics.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform the physical demands of a construction environment, including lifting up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
