Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of asphalt paving experience.
• Foreman, lead, or crew supervision experience preferred.
• Commercial/private paving and MOT experience.
• Strong knowledge of paving operations and jobsite logistics.
• Ability to read plans, manage production, and maintain records.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a crew of 7-14 paving professionals.
• Drive a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
• Coordinate paving operations, trucking logistics, and daily production.
• Monitor schedules, productivity, and job cost performance.
• Ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and crew performance.
