Requirements include 3–5+ years of asphalt paving experience, foreman or crew supervision experience, and knowledge of plans, production, and jobsite logistics.

• Commercial/private paving and MOT experience.
• Strong knowledge of paving operations and jobsite logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a crew of 7–14 paving professionals.
• Drive safety, quality, and production on projects.
• Coordinate paving operations, trucking, and daily production.
• Monitor schedules, productivity and job cost performance.
• Ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform the physical demands of a construction environment, including lifting up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
