Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. We value safety, precision, and teamwork as we advance road safety and high-quality striping across locations in the U.S.

This role involves operating equipment, completing inspections, and supporting DOT-compliant practices. The position requires the ability to travel with the company, work two shifts, and adapt to varying schedules, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Background checks including criminal, driving, and drug testing.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime.
• Maintain safety equipment required for each job.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and vehicle repair reports.
• Ensure all work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are in working order and loaded properly.
• Keep vehicles clean and neat inside and out.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms.
• Maximize production on the job.
• Operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
