TRP Construction Group, LLC seeks Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. We prioritize road safety, precision, and excellence while offering career advancement opportunities across our locations. Background checks, MVR, and drug testing are required prior to hire.

Responsibilities include vehicle and equipment maintenance, DOT compliance, daily inspections, and maximizing production. Must be able to operate multiple machines and adapt to varying shifts and schedules.

Qualifications

• Maintain company standards for background checks (criminal/driving/Drug testing).
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job.
• Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology.
• Ability to use smartphone applications.
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule.
• Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures.

Responsabilités

• Equipment and vehicle repair reports filled by crew members.
• Ensure all work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are in working order and properly loaded daily.
• Keep vehicles clean inside and out.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms correctly.
• Maximize production on job sites.
• Be trained to operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
