Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. You will help maintain equipment, ensure safety and DOT compliance, and support high-precision work across multiple locations.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to operate and maintain various equipment, and willingness to work 2 shifts, including nights and weekends as needed; travel with the company may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Maintain compliance with DOT and safety requirements.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions for job tasks.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Ability to use smartphones and related applications.
• Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and travel if required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and more than 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Equipment and vehicle repair reports (filled out by crew members).
• Ensure all work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Keep vehicles and spray systems in good, clean working order.
• Ensure pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms are completed.
• Maximize production on the job site.
• Train and operate at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
