Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC seeks Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. You will help ensure safety and precision while supporting equipment maintenance, inspections, and production goals across multiple site locations.

Responsibilities include reporting, DOT compliance, vehicle readiness, pre/post-trip forms, and operating multiple pieces of equipment. Willingness to travel and work varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Background checks including criminal record, driving record and substance testing may be required.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations is expected.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job.
• Ability to adapt to latest technology used on the job.
• Ability to use smartphone and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review equipment and vehicle repair reports.
• Ensure all work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Maintain vehicles and spray systems in working order.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms accurately.
• Maximize production on each job site.
• Operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
