TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team and contribute to safety and road improvements across multiple locations. You will support equipment operation, daily inspections, and production goals while upholding DOT and safety standards.

We value leadership, accountability, and teamwork as part of our commitment to road safety and high-precision workmanship. Availability for two shifts, overtime, and travel as needed is required.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to operate heavy equipment used in road striping
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic and measurements
• Familiarity with local driving rules and regulations
• Willingness to adapt to new technology and processes
• Ability to use smartphone apps for work coordination

Aufgaben

• Complete equipment and vehicle inspection reports daily
• Ensure all work complies with DOT and quality guidelines
• Maintain vehicles and spray systems in good working order
• Keep vehicles clean and organized inside and out
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms accurately
• Maximize daily production and efficiency
• Be trained to operate and maintain multiple pieces of equipment
