TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. You will operate spray systems and related equipment, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and help ensure DOT compliance and safety on all jobs.

We value leadership, teamwork, and resilience. This role requires regular outdoor work, ability to travel with the company, and willingness to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Background checks, driving record and substance testing required
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
• Ability to carry out simple arithmetic functions
• Maintain safety equipment for each job
• Adapt to latest technology used on-site
• Use smartphone and applications as needed
• Adjust to changing work schedule
• Follow Safety Policies and Procedures

Responsibilities

• Make sure work complies with DOT and quality guidelines
• Ensure vehicles and spray systems are operational and kept clean
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms
• Maximize production on the job
• Operate and maintain multiple equipment pieces (e.g., hand machines, forklift)
• Assist with equipment setup and maintenance
