Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC in Florida is hiring Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. You will help ensure safety and precision on road projects, perform equipment checks, and operate truck-mounted spray systems as needed.

We emphasize leadership, accountability, teamwork and resilience, with opportunities for career advancement. Background checks and MVR testing are required before hire; travel and occasional weekends may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Comfort with changing work schedules and travel.

Responsibilities

• Equipment and vehicle repair reports (filled out by crew members).
• Ensure all work is done and completed in compliance with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Make sure vehicles are in working order and loaded properly; keep clean inside and out.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms.
• Maximize production on job.
• Be trained and able to operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
