Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team and uphold our safety and precision standards in Florida. The company conducts background checks, MVR, and controlled substance testing prior to hire, and emphasizes leadership, discipline, and reliability.

The position requires ability to operate multiple equipment types, perform pre/post-trip inspections, comply with DOT rules, and work varying shifts with possible overtime and travel as

Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain safety equipment and follow DOT/quality guidelines.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic.
• Comfort with using smartphone applications and field tech.

Responsibilities

• Complete equipment and vehicle reports.
• Ensure work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Maintain trucks and spray systems; keep them clean and ready.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms.
• Maximize production on the job.
• Operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
