Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is hiring Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team across multiple locations in the Southeast. We emphasize road safety and precision, with opportunities for career advancement and a strong safety culture.

Background checks, MVR, and drug testing are required prior to hire. Expect responsibilities ranging from equipment/vehicle maintenance to maximizing daily production.

Qualifications

• Criminal and driving records must pass background checks.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain safety equipment required for each job.
• Knowledge and ability to adapt to latest technology.
• Ability to use smartphone and applications.
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule.
• Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Report equipment and vehicle repairs (filled out by crew members).
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Make sure vehicles are in working order and loaded daily; keep them clean.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms correctly.
• Maximize production on the job.
• Be trained to operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
• Operate and maintain multiple vehicles/equipment as needed.
