Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• General knowledge of word processing and general office operations.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred (Polish, Italian and/or Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Greets the public in person and via telephone, assisting and answering questions.
• Registers patrons for recreation programs using registration software and processes payments.
• Follows cash handling procedures and balances daily cash journal.
• Prepares receipts and maintains accurate records of transactions.
• Maintains inventory of facility supplies and assists with office tasks.
• Supports staff and builds relationships with patrons and community.
