Job summary

Artis–Naples is seeking a Patron Services team member to deliver outstanding customer service to patrons before, during, and after performances. You will assist with ticket purchases, donations, and information requests, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities include daily box office tasks, data entry and database management, cash handling, and reconciling transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years’ experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to Artis–Naples patrons.
• Assist patrons with ticket purchases and donation receipts.
• Perform daily box office functions including data entry and database management.
• Act as an ambassador for Artis–Naples with a professional image.
• Handle cash, credit card, and check sales and reconcile transactions.
