The Tampa Museum of Art seeks a full-time Patron Membership and Giving Manager to steward existing donors, rekindle dormant relationships, and grow Patron Level memberships while securing individual gifts to support exhibitions, education, scholarships, and the museum’s operations.

This role manages a donor portfolio, conducts frequent outreach, and collaborates with museum teams. Requires 7+ years fundraising or 5–7 years in sales; Raiser's Edge familiarity is a plus. Hybrid work after 4 months.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of successful experience soliciting and securing gifts up to $100,000, or 5–7 years in B2B/B2C sales.
Familiar with donor databases and database management, ideally Raiser's Edge.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are beneficial.

Responsabilités

Implement, manage, and oversee the Museum’s Patron and Patron Affinity programs.
Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donor relationships.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to attract, retain, and upgrade Patrons.
Write and edit content for membership pages and related publications to ensure clarity.
Maintain a strong social media presence related to Membership and Giving.
Coordinate with internal teams to identify and engage potential donors and sponsors.
Create monthly activity and progress reports on membership and development efforts.
Ensure proper donor recognition and stewardship across events and programs.
Maintain donor records in Raiser's Edge and ensure philanthropic history is preserved.
