Job summary

The Orlando Museum of Art is seeking a Development Manager to strengthen and grow the museum’s fundraising program. Reporting to the Executive Director and CEO, you will work closely with senior staff to build durable donor relationships and a sustainable pipeline of philanthropic support.

Responsibilities include developing major gifts strategies, growing corporate sponsorships, managing a donor portfolio, and ensuring effective stewardship, communications, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum seven years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Experience with major gifts and corporate sponsorships; donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute major gifts strategy to meet goals.
• Manage portfolio of major donor prospects and sponsors.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director on donor strategies and stewardship.
• Oversee donor recognition, reporting, and communications.
