The Brooklyn Museum in Brooklyn, NY seeks an Assistant Manager, Individual Giving to support planning, administration, and data management of the Contemporary Art Committee and Advisors programs. Reporting to the Senior Development Officer, this role drives donor engagement and revenue through precise coordination with Curatorial and Special Events teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in development, donor relations, or related field.
• Strong project management and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and project management of CAC and Advisors.
• Support donor events and engagement opportunities with Curatorial, Development, and Special Events teams.
• Track donor activity, pipeline progress, and coordinate follow-ups to reach solicitation goals.
• Maintain donor records in Tessitura with high data integrity.
