Job summary

Classic Stage Company in New York seeks a full-time Individual Giving Manager to oversee the Patron Program and donor portfolio from $1,000 to $10,000, driving annual goals toward over $3M campaigns. Reports to the Director of Development and collaborates with leadership.

The role requires at least 3 years in fundraising or arts administration, proficiency with donor CRM systems such as Spektrix, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in fundraising, membership, customer service, or marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 175 households making gifts between $1,000-$10,000 annually.
• Serve as a front-facing officer for qualified individual annual giving prospects, executing tailored cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans.
• Oversee stewardship and portfolio processes with personalized acknowledgements, outreach materials, and gift proposals.
• Analyze donor capacity and affinity to prioritize upgraded giving opportunities.
• Manage two annual mailed and digital campaigns from concept to completion.
• Lead patron-centered events including quarterly Salons and patron nights.
• Support prospect research and cultivation at large events including Galas and annual benefits.
