Job summary

BAXTER ST at the Camera Club of New York is hiring an Individual Giving Manager to grow donor support and manage a portfolio of individual gifts up to $15,000. You will design campaigns, write donor communications, and collaborate with the Executive Director and Advancement Officer.

Based in New York, this full-time hybrid role requires at least 4 years of frontline fundraising and a passion for the arts. You’ll engage with donors at openings and events, maintaining CRM records and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of frontline fundraising with individual donors.
• Proven track record of securing four- and five-figure gifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and donor stewardship experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and donor research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of individual donors up to $15,000.
• Identify and cultivate new donor prospects and partnerships.
• Design and implement annual giving campaigns to drive revenue.
• Write donor communications including appeals, renewals, and acknowledgments.
• Prepare briefing materials for leadership ahead of donor meetings.
• Coordinate donor meetings, events, and stewardship activities.
• Maintain donor records and pipelines in the CRM and track next steps.
• Attend openings and fundraising events to engage donors and prospects.
