Allied Universal in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Security Officer - Patrol Surveillance to protect tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate location.

You will monitor dispatch communications, document incidents, conduct patrols, and respond calmly to incidents while coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• State/city security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old (unarmed) or 21+ (armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by following site procedures.
• Monitor dispatch communications and document incidents; coordinate responses.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate with site personnel and emergency responders.
• Maintain logs and reports of dispatch activity, incidents, and communications.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and perimeter.
