Qualifications

• 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience
• 1 year of armed security-related or law enforcement/military experience
• Armed Guard Card or license required
• Valid driver’s license as per policy
• Background check and drug screen as part of employment process

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution while following post orders and safety procedures
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity
• Monitor access points and verify authorization per site procedures
• Prepare clear incident and patrol reports as required by policy and site requirements
