Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, entry points, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrols and communicate findings to site leadership.
