Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Operations Center for Phoenix, AZ. You will monitor the site, patrol assigned areas, and support access control to deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; contact appropriate personnel or emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs.
