You will monitor dispatch communications, document incidents, conduct patrols, and respond calmly to incidents while coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• State/city security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old (unarmed) or 21+ (armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.

As a Dispatch Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will coordinate communications, monitor incoming information, document security-related activity, and support response efforts. You will provide outstanding customer service, maintain clear communication with on-site teams, and help promote a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and responding to inquiries professionally.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, document incidents, and coordinate the appropriate response to security-related concerns at the commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to site personnel and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of dispatch activity, incidents, and communications in accordance with site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, building areas, and perimeter as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
