The role involves coordinating appointments, verifying information, and supporting the care team across clinics in Western North Carolina. Monday–Friday, 8–5, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service in a medical office.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Proficient with computers and basic office software.
• Able to work in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check patients in and out.
• Verify insurance and collect copays.
• Maintain multiple schedules and update patient information in the EHR.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork.
• Schedule patients and coordinate outreach and transportation as needed.
• Answer calls and distribute messages to the care team.
