• Verify and update patient information in the EHR.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork.
• Schedule patients and conduct outreach to them.
• Coordinate transportation for patients.
• Prepare and process medical records.
• Answer calls, take messages, and distribute communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
