Responsibilities

• Greet patients, guests, and employees in a warm, professional manner.
• Assist with check-in, including online applications and basic troubleshooting.
• Update patient demographics and insurance information; schedule referrals if needed.
• Collect copays and document transactions accurately.
• Communicate with patients and staff to resolve questions or issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and support other locations as needed.
