Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Greeter Service Ambassador to welcome patients and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will assist with inquiries, input patient information into the hospital system, and protect privacy under HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities include directing visitors, delivering messages, and supporting a safe, efficient hospital experience. Strong customer service and data-entry skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background and drug screen.
• One to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with data entry and HIPAA requirements for patient information.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets patients and guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Assists visitors with directions, information, and inquiries.
• Enters patient information into the hospital database accurately and maintains privacy.
• Delivers messages and requested items while upholding confidentiality.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and adheres to hospital policies and safety procedures.
