Claremedica is seeking a Patient Care Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for patients and a key member of our healthcare team. You will welcome patients, schedule visits, verify insurance details, collect copays, and coordinate with providers to ensure seamless front-office operations.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, data accuracy, and confidentiality of patient information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems is preferred, with travel as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic or customer service.
• BLS preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist at the front desk in a courteous manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance information and collect copays; handle balances before visits.
• Maintain patient records and manage communications in the EMR system.
• Support medical staff and participate in daily huddles to ensure smooth operations.
