Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience required.
• Hospitality/guest services or patient experience knowledge preferred; coordinating/leading others a plus.
• High School Diploma; Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and patients at main entry points to ensure a warm arrival.
• Identifies support needs and coordinates volunteer dispatch for wheelchair retrieval and escorting.
• Provides wayfinding assistance and upholds hospitality standards.
