The Visitor & Patient Assistance Captain (PRN) ensures a warm, safe, and seamless arrival experience for all patients and visitors entering Cooper University Hospital. Positioned at the main entry points, the Captain greets guests, identifies support needs, and coordinates volunteer dispatch for wheelchair retrieval, patient escorting, and wayfinding. This role reports to Service Excellence and plays a key part in upholding Cooper’s standards for compassion, professionalism, and patient-centered care.
