Job summary

Responsibilities

• Transports patients and families safely to testing, transfer between units, or discharge.
• Prepares for and carries out transport of patients, patient belongings, equipment, and medical records.
• Transfers patients using safe equipment and assists with patient lifts as needed.
• Documents work activities according to policy and procedure.
• Responds to patient requests and communicates with clinical teams to ensure safety.
