Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Patient Transport and Courtesy Coach Program.
• Monitors staff activities and conducts spot checks of areas of responsibility.
• As a working supervisor, assists and supports staff; performs dispatcher duties when required.
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate and maintains schedules in the computer system.
• Monitors dispatching times and improves service efficiency as needed.
• Implements and monitors Patient Transport policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with Human Resources on recruitment and staff development.
• Maintains equipment safety and inventory, including O2 cylinders and rolling stock.
