Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely transports patients between departments using stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Assists with patient transfers using equipment such as slide boards and gait belts.
• Monitors patient comfort and safety during transport.
• Answers dispatch calls and logs transport activities when needed.
• Communicates with nursing staff and ensures proper labeling of belongings.
