Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in patient transportation preferred.

• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients with appropriate devices safely and in a timely manner.
• Observe patients for changes in condition and report promptly.
• Demonstrate proper handling of patient tubes, IVs and equipment.
• Use proper transport procedures and body mechanics.
• Identify and report repair needs for transportation equipment.
