Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Patient Transport & Guest Services Associate to greet patients and visitors, assist with luggage, and help with parking operations. You will register patients, coordinate movements within the facility, and provide information on available support services.

This role operates 6am-10pm, 40 hours/week, with rotating weekends. Pay ranges from $19.80 to $29.70 per hour, with eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• BLS certification within 6 months preferred.
• Experience in hospital, hotel, restaurant or customer oriented environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients/visitors upon arrival to the facility.
• Assist patients/visitors with luggage and in/out vehicle.
• Safely valet park, secure and retrieve belongings and direct parking areas.
• Register patients and visitors and coordinate activities within the facility.
• Educate patients/visitors about essential support services and available resources.
