Carle Health is seeking a Clinical Support Services Associate I to float across Logistics, Patient Transport, Hospitality Lounge, and Entryway Services, ensuring efficient patient throughput and safe equipment handling at CFH campus.

The role requires BLS instructor certification within 30 days and a fingerprint check within 30 days. You will support flow of patients, guests, and equipment and assist with wayfinding and Uber Health rides where needed.

Competenze

• BLS Instructor certification required within 30 days (AHA).
• Fingerprint check required within 30 days (IDPH).

Mansioni

• Safely assist with moving patients onto transport devices and transport to designated destinations.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations during patient transport.
• Use, store, and clean equipment; perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Receive dispatches for transport assignments and gather needed equipment.
• Distribute medical equipment between CFH departments to support operations.
• Float between CSS and Hospitality to balance workload and throughput.
