Carle Health seeks a Clinical Support Services Associate I (CSSA1) to circulate among Logistics, Patient Transport, Hospitality Lounge, and Entryway Services, ensuring efficient patient flow and equipment distribution across the CFH campus.

The role includes assisting guests with wayfinding, arranging Uber Health rides, and supporting hospital operations with safe transport of patients, equipment, and specimens.

Qualifications

• BLS Instructor certification required within 30 days (AHA).
• Fingerprint background check required within 30 days (IDPH).

Responsabilités

• Safely assist with moving patients onto transport devices and transport to designated destinations.
• Respond to emergency situations during patient transport.
• Properly use, store, and clean equipment.
• Receive dispatches for transport assignments and gather needed equipment.
• Meet department productivity standards for completion time.
