Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years clinical or administrative healthcare experience.
• CHAA certification within 18 months of employment and maintained thereafter.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer of patients between facilities and arrange physician consultations.
• Document and enter information into the EPIC database in real time; run shift reports.
