Serve as PKU subject matter expert within Patient Services, contribute to workflow improvements, and document interactions accurately.
Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in clinical nutrition, nursing, or patient counseling; active Dietitian/Nursing license or Master's preferred. Experience with metabolic disorders, motivational interviewing, and patient logistics essential. Skills include strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred: experience in rare disease patient services, familiarity with EMR/CRM, bilingual abilities, and knowledge of industry compliance.
Work requires up to 50% travel; preferred location is U.S. West Coast (Pacific Time Zone).
