Summary:
Assist the Service Delivery Leader with coordinating daily work assignments of department employees. Participate in problem-solving, communicate issues during shifts, act as a resource and role model regarding techniques, policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Make rounds, ensure staff compliance, maintain documentation, investigate issues, follow-up, resolve problems, and communicate with relevant personnel. Ensure supply rooms are stocked daily, conduct staff feedback sessions, provide guidance, complete quality assurance inspections, train new employees, monitor bed tracking, and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain confidentiality and behave in accordance with the organization's mission, vision, and values. Prioritize safety and report hazards.
