Job Summary

Assist the Service Delivery Leader with coordinating daily operations, lead departmental staff, participate in problem-solving, and ensure high standards of customer service and compliance. Acts as a resource and role model for staff, conducts rounds, maintains supply stocks, and supports staff training and quality assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish daily work schedules, assign duties, and inspect completed work.
• Perform duties of environmental aide, PCAI, specialist, waste handler, and supply room clerk as needed.
• Respond as department lead and contact for customers and staff.
• Conduct rounds, enforce compliance, and maintain documentation.
• Participate in staff feedback and training sessions.
• Monitor bed tracking and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and behave in accordance with organizational values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six to twelve months of related work experience.

Skills and Abilities
