Job summary

Lincare is seeking a dedicated CPAP/RAD Technician to join our center in Muskegon, MI. You will set up CPAPs/RADs, manage supplies and patient inquiries, verify insurance, and ensure compliance with safety policies.

The role requires handling documentation, on-call participation, and occasional travel with a personal vehicle. You will help maintain cleanliness and support patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Completion of company's Equipment Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• Cleans rental equipment when returned to the center, and maintains warehouse/storage area.
• Monitors CPAP/RAD Compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Receives and responds to patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, including insurance verification and arranging shipping.
• Monitors mdINR Compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Manages the center's oximetry process.
• Follows Safety & Regulatory Manual policies including OSHA and Emergency Planning.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities for the center.
• Represents the company through professional appearance and patient care.
• May back up other staff during vacations, illnesses, or absenteeism.
• Requires use of personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
