Job summary

Talentify is seeking a CPAP/RAD Technician to perform setups, manage compliance programs, and handle patient supply requests. The role includes servicing CPAP/RAD equipment in patients' homes and at the center, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating shipments.

The employee may assist in other duties as needed and must use a personal vehicle for home visits. The position emphasizes safety policies, on-call rotation, and professional patient interaction in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Completion of company's Equipment Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• Cleans rental equipment when returned; maintains warehouse/storage area.
• Monitors CPAP/RAD Compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Receives and responds to patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, including insurance verification and shipping arrangements.
• Monitors mdINR Compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Manages the center's oximetry process.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities for the center.
• Represents the company with professional appearance and patient care; may back up others during absences.
• Requires use of personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
