Job summary

Altivera Medical in Denver seeks a seasoned Operations Leader to manage Therapy Support and Product Support, align priorities, and coach a high-performing team to deliver compliant, patient-centered service.

You will drive quality outcomes, lead process improvements, ensure HIPAA and FDA compliance, and partner with QA, clinical, and sales teams to optimize the patient support lifecycle. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of supervisory healthcare experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in healthcare, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in medical sales, clinical support, or healthcare operations.
• Experience in DME, healthcare, or medical device environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Therapy Support and Product Support teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Own scope-of-practice standards for therapy-related conversations and ensure adherence.
• Develop efficient systems, clear policies, and compliant patient support processes.
• Generate leadership reporting on tasks, goals, and performance metrics.
• Coach staff, manage performance, and foster professional growth.
• Ensure HIPAA, FDA compliance, and escalation pathways.
