Job summary

Altasciences seeks a Supervisor, Clinical Operations to supervise the Clinical Operations team and coordinate clinical activities during trial execution. You will ensure tasks align with protocol, GCP, and SOPs while maintaining confidentiality and high service quality.

The role requires 3 years of related experience with 1–3 years in management, CPT-1 license or CMA diploma, and BLS/CPR/AED certification. Competitive hourly compensation and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Clinical Operations team duties, including scheduling and timesheet approval.
• Oversee training records and identify learning opportunities.
• Provide directions during trial activities.
• Ensure confidentiality of participants and sponsors.
• Coordinate data collection, safety measurements, and in-house testing.
• Communicate trial progress with management and resolve findings.
• Assist in data queries and SOP/protocol reviews.
